Important usage notes
This page explains important limitations and responsibilities when using ISP Billing System for billing, payments, customer records, and operational workflows.
1. Software purpose
ISP Billing System is an operational software tool for ISP customer management, billing, payment tracking, staff workflows, reports, and support communication. It does not replace professional accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
2. Data accuracy
Billing totals, payment balances, customer records, and reports depend on the data entered by administrators and staff. Users should verify important financial records before making business decisions.
3. Payment handling
The system can track payment methods, payment proof, transaction references, and payment requests. Actual payment settlement depends on the relevant bank, wallet, payment provider, or manual verification process.
4. Network automation
Optional MikroTik or RADIUS automation should be configured carefully by qualified users. Incorrect settings may affect customer connectivity. Always test network settings before using automation in production.
5. Availability and hosting
System availability depends on hosting, database uptime, server configuration, backups, and internet connectivity. Keep regular backups and secure your hosting panel, database, and admin accounts.
6. Acceptance
By using the software, you accept responsibility for your account data, staff access, customer records, payment verification, and hosting environment.
