1. Information we process
The system may process ISP account information, staff account information, customer profile data, package details, billing records, payment history, payment proof files, support chat messages, public chat messages, activity logs, IP addresses, and session data needed to operate the software.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide billing and operations features, generate invoices, track payments and balances, manage customer and staff access, review payment proofs, maintain audit trails, provide support, and protect the system from misuse.
3. Cookies and sessions
The software uses secure session cookies for login, CSRF protection, public chat continuity, and basic security controls. These cookies are used for application functionality and are not intended for advertising tracking.
4. Payment proof and uploaded files
Payment proof uploads may include receipts, transaction references, or screenshots submitted by users. These files should only be uploaded when they relate to a payment or account request. Avoid uploading unrelated personal documents.
5. Data access and responsibility
Each ISP account is responsible for the customer and staff information it enters into the system. Super Admin access may be used for software administration, subscription tracking, support, and troubleshooting.
6. Security
The project includes access controls, password hashing, CSRF protection, protected uploads, security headers, and login attempt controls. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so users should keep passwords private and use strong hosting credentials.
